MISSION

COCA TALKS is the academic module of Futuro Coca, a Colombian civil society initiative that seeks to develop new narratives around the coca plant that go beyond stigmatization and violence.

The mission of Coca Talks is to discover and share ideas that spark imagination and expand the possibilities for destigmatizing the coca leaf. We aim to amplify the voices of those who live with and believe in coca as a tool for social and environmental change. This is a call to individuals from all disciplines and cultures to move beyond the widespread misunderstanding of this plant and engage with the transformative potential that understanding coca can bring.

Coca Talks invites civil society around the world to amplify stories and ideas that can become seeds for deep change regarding coca.
